Društvo sportske rekreacije SUPERKID (DSR SUPERKID) is a non-profit local sport organisation based in Zagreb (Croatia), with its main activity of implementing organised physical activities for children from 3-10 years old. The program is organised as a universal sport school, where children learn the basics of most important sport activities for motor development: gymnastics, athletics, martial arts, basketball, football, handball, volleyball, tennis, etc. The program of the universal sport school is under the guidance of kinesiologists. The focus is on the development of coordination and acquisition of basics of different sport activities, so that little students learn many elements and make a quality foundation for lifelong sport recreation. The programme is a year-round, and children learn every training a different sport activity. Training is conducted two times a week for 60 minutes and the program is carried out from September to May next year (9 months), and entries throughout the year.
Besides a year-round program, there are seasonal sport (5-day) classes as well – swimming, ice skating, skiing and rollerblading. During the summer seasons DSR SUPERKID organises sport camps.
Currently, the programme is carried out in Zagreb at five different locations. On sport programmes DSR SUPERKID works closely with about 40 kindergartens.
DSR SUPERKID has 3 full-time employed highly educated trainers and about 10 part-time trainers. Throughout the year, about 3,000 children (age 3-10) are taking part in the DSR SUPERKID`s programme.
VISION AND MISSION:
DSR SUPERKID`s main objective is to engage as many children as possible in recreational physical activity to get individuals exercising when they grow up. DSR SUPERKID`s goals are:
- To engage as many children as possible in SUPERKID programme;
- To promote benefits of physical activity through the youngest age;
- To fight all forms of discrimination with the aim of contributing to community development, promotion of social inclusion and equal opportunities;
- To encourage intercultural dialogue with the objective of fostering mutual understanding and respect between individuals from different cultures, building the awareness of the intercultural enrichment achieved through the sharing of values, traditions and different modus vivendi;
- To improve methodologies, develop innovative strategies and tools in the field of youth, education and training through active international cooperation, study and research;
- To promote non-formal education as a vital tool in the education of youth and adults and as complementary to formal education;
- Promotion of health-enhancing physical activity (HEPA);
- Promotion of social inclusion through sport;
- Involvement of people with disabilities.
DSR SUPERKID’s programmes are verified by the Croatian Ministry of Science and Educationand Croatian Education and Teacher Training Agency.
In 2019, DSR SUPERKID signed the Memorandum of Understanding with:

- “Andrija Stampar” Teaching Institute of Public Health (City of Zagreb)
In addition, DSR SUPERKID is working closely on sports-educationalprojects with key stakeholders for sport in Croatia:
In 2019 DSR “SUPERKID” was awarded with the European Solidarity Corps Quality Label.

Women’s football club Sloga “Zemun is the oldest women’s football club in the former Yugoslavia. It was founded in 1969 and since then it has been five times champion and winner of four cups and in 1976 a finalist of the then Champions Cup. It currently competes in the highest level of Serbian women’s football championship, known as Prva ženska liga or Serbian Super League and is one of the leaders in the promotion of women’s football in Serbia. For the last three years it is among the top four teams in Serbia and a participant in the semi-finals of the cup. In addition to the senior team, there are about thirty girls who play in the development league of Belgrade. Three players are members of the Serbian national football team, while two play for the national team under 19 years of age.

- gathering of citizens, especially young people, to play football;

The Gymnastics Federation of Šibenik-Knin County is an essential contributor to the development of gymnastics in the region. With a focus on promoting and improving the sport, the federation is committed to providing high-quality training and competition opportunities for young gymnasts in the area. Through its four member clubs and over 400 children in training, the federation is creating a vibrant and dynamic gymnastics community.
The federation’s dedication to the importance of trained and educated staff in sports is a testament to its commitment to excellence. With at least one registered coach in each of its member clubs, the federation ensures that children receive the best possible training and guidance to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
The federation’s membership in the Croatian national gymnastics association and the county sports federation demonstrates its commitment to being a part of the larger gymnastics community. By collaborating with other organisations, the federation can build partnerships and create more significant opportunities for its gymnasts.
One of the federation’s most significant accomplishments is the organisation of its county competition in gymnastics. This event provides a platform for gymnasts from across the county to showcase their skills and compete against one another, building camaraderie and sportsmanship. The competition is an essential part of the federation’s efforts to enhance the competition system in the region and provide more significant opportunities for gymnasts to develop and succeed.
