We are actively continuing with the digitalization of sports organizations!
On the 9th of September, we held the second coordination meeting on the project.
This time, in the pleasant summer atmosphere, the hosts were partners from Women’s Football Club Sloga, Zemun, Belgrade. The meeting attended representatives from project partners organisations: ŠD Partizan Sevnica (Slovenia), Šibenik-Knin County Gymnastics Association (Croatia) and DSR SuperKid (Croatia).
After the opening speech and greetings of the host, the meeting continued in a pleasant working atmosphere, with the analysis of the previous activities and the acquaintance of the partners with the future activities of the project.
The main topic of the meeting was the presentation of IT partner organizations, which will provide the sports organizations of project partners with practical and educational assistance in creating and introducing new digital solutions to the organizations.
All project partners presented the IT organizations with whom they have signed the Partnership Agreement and presented the main digital solutions, previously detected by SWOT analysis, as the most important for the successful advancement and modernization of their sports organizations. The goals of the new cooperation were successfully defined along with the presentation of the few newly created digital solutions since the beginning of the cooperation with IT companies.
The digital companies included in the project as IT partners are: Comp.Ing. Computer equipment service for ŠD Partizan Sevnica, Procoding educational center for ŽNK Sloga, Movens Development j.d.o.o. for the Gymnastics Association of Šibenik-Knin County, Entheos for DSR SuperKid.
The event was rounded off with a tour of the host organization’s facility and a pleasant dinner in a local restaurant with local delicious food.
The next step in digitization, also the most important phase of the project is the implementation of new digital solutions. Where the project partners will modernize and improve the work and efficiency of their sports organizations at the local level.
Therefore, through the new solutions organizations will serve as an example to other sports organizations – on how to use the digital possibilities of the modern world for the purpose of promoting sports at the national and global level. Project partners will continue their communication and collaborate through e-mails and online meetings for the purpose of monitoring the progress of the project.
