We are excited to announce that our Erasmus+ project, “NextGen – Digitalization in Sport Organisations,” has been selected for funding! This groundbreaking initiative focuses on enhancing the digital competencies of sports organisations across Serbia, Croatia, and Slovenia, paving the way for a new era of innovation and collaboration in the sports sector.

The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly impacted sports clubs and organisations, highlighting the need for digital transformation and the development of digital skills. The NextGen project will address these challenges by bringing together four organisations from different countries, with each partner contributing their unique expertise in sports development, management, and digital transformation.

This project will enable sports organisations to:

1. Collaborate on an international level, sharing good practices and learning from each other’s experiences.
2. Connect with IT organisations to implement digital technologies in their day-to-day operations.
3. Strengthen their digital readiness, resilience, and capacity to adapt to crises and changing circumstances.
4. Promote digital education, training, and skills development among their staff and members.
